We Believe...

These are some of the core beliefs that shape our lives as well as our mission and vision
We believe in having faith instead of doubt
-
Faith in ourselves
-
Faith in humanity
-
Faith that there is something greater & bigger that is benevolent and calling us towards it
-
Faith in the unknown
-
Faith that we aren’t meant to know it all, there is a higher orchestration happening.

We believe existence is sacred and we choose to honor it
When we fall in love with something we have a deep inclination to care for it, and to spread and share our love for it.
If we really want to change the world, its starts by falling deeply in love with it, just the way it is.
We believe in creating a cultural shift
where we normalize:
-
Singing & dancing together and recognizing the power in it.
-
Having spaces and times where we gathering together for sharing prayers/wishes for the world/ grievances,
despite our differences on how we view prayer. -
Being in silence together.
-
Not shaming mistakes or being “wrong” and seeing them as essential and valuable parts necessary for learning, growth, and success.
-
A culture of stewardship- sharing more of what we love and how to care for it.
-
Appreciating our diversity and differences, understanding they are essential gifts that add to life.
We believe our bodies are our greatest technology
Deep wisdom exists within the body. Our body is connected to intuitive and instinctual knowings. We strive to reconnect and remember how to be in, learn from, and listen to our bodies.
We turn to to movement, breath work, the elements, purification, massage, herbs, food as medicine, somatic practices and other methods to help us to tap into and connect to the wisdom in our bodies.
Interconnectedness is at the core of who we are
We are connected to all of existence, what we do matters. Discovering and nurturing our interconnected nature helps us to live more whole and integrated lives. Living in a way that creates more networks of reciprocity will bring us into deeper alignment with our human nature and help us lead better lives. We strive to find ways to live closer to nature and to discover the various ways that can continue to happen in the modern world.
Our commitment to our growth is not separate from our spiritual evolution
Marianne Williamson says when referring to a course in Miracles that "Religion and psychotherapy at their peak are the same thing. And Enlightenment, in essence, is a healing of the mind.
We believe love, compassion, and trying to be the best we can for ourselves and others is in some way shape or form a major part of every religion and we seek to offer ways to nurture and support that for those who may not have a specific religious affiliation.
